For this task, you will examine the negative side of leadership. Imagine that you have been asked to deliver a lecture for senior college students majoring in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Prepare your lecture as a PowerPoint presentation with audio, voice-over. Create a PowerPoint presentation that addresses the following topics:

Define the differences between a leader and a manager.
Describe what is meant by the negative side of leadership, destructive leadership, and abusive supervision.
