Final Project Instructions for Assignment

For your Final Project, prepare a report thatsummarizes the ethical concepts you learned in this class, and that answers thefollowing questions:

1) What is ethics and what does itmean to you?

2) What new knowledge and skills didyou gain from the study of Business Ethics that you can apply in the workplaceand every day living?

3) Identify your values andanswer the following below:

– Of all the values that matter toyou (e.g., honesty, integrity, loyalty, fairness, honor, hope), list the fivemost important and explain why.
– Explain where you believe you learned each value (e.g., family, school,sports team, belief community, work).
– Include a real or potential ethical challenge you may face in living eachvalue. Be as specific as possible.
-Commit to an action in support of each value. Be specific.

4)Explain the benefits and challenges of employee diversity in the workplace.

5) Compare and contract the ethical duties managers and employees owe each other in the workplace.

Include references to the textbookand concepts that you learned in this course to support your analysis. Includereferences to 7-10 sources (5 of which should be academic peer reviewedsources).

Specifications: Please complete your analysis in a 5-7 page (excluding coverand reference page) Word Document with the following restrictions: 12 Point Font,Times New Roman, Double Spaced, 1” Margins, and a cover page that includes thefollowing: Student Name, Assignment Name, Class Name, Date.Additionally, your proposal should be in complete sentences with proper grammarand spelling. This is a graduate level course, so your paper should becomplete and thorough, and should show an elevated level of analysis comparedto that of an undergraduate course. Also, make sure your assignment isorganized and answers all of the questions asked. Please includeheadings in your paper to help organize and identify the different componentsof your analysis.

Please use APA citation format, andattach a Cover Page and Reference page to your report (also in APA format). Seethe link to the sample APA Paper uploaded to Moodle for an example of what yourpaper should resemble
